Finding My Perfect Routine: How AI Corrected My Posture and Restored Balance!
Review Summary by Lee O-young
1. Background
A beginner home trainer who felt lost with traditional methods: gyms were too far, PT was hard to maintain, and following videos alone left me unsure about my posture.
Seeking a way to exercise effectively at home with proper form and a structured routine.
2. Product (Hardware) Satisfaction: ★★★★★
User-Friendly Design: Clear labels (Knee L/R, Elbow L/R) make it easy for beginners to attach the sensors without confusion.
Seamless Connectivity: Automatic device recognition and pairing with the app upon powering on.
Efficient Charging: The included 4-in-1 cable reduces the burden of preparation by charging all sensors simultaneously.
3. Application (Software) Satisfaction: ★★★★★
Personalized AI Routines: AI automatically recommends daily routines based on level (Beginner to Advanced), goals, and target areas, eliminating "workout indecision."
Effective Workout Structure: A circuit-training style that balances exercise and rest periods, allowing for efficient movement within one’s physical limits.
Real-time Balance Correction: Real-time gauges show muscle engagement imbalance (e.g., "Right side is weaker"), which helps correct posture in ways even PT couldn't.
Motivation through Data: Comprehensive tracking of workout time, calories, and counts with weekly/monthly statistics provides immense motivation.
4. Cons and Suggestions
Strict Posture Tracking: It can feel frustrating at first when reps aren't counted (the "Wait, I did it right!?" moment), but it ultimately proves the sensor's high accuracy in detecting incorrect angles.
5. One-line Review
"The moment I turned on TrackMe, the uncertainty of home workouts disappeared; I finally found a 'real routine' that awakens muscles I never knew I had."

Full Review by Lee O-young
After finishing a workout, seeing the total workout time, calories burned, and counts summarized at a glance—and being able to check records of which areas I worked on and how much through weekly and monthly statistics—became a huge motivation in itself.
And above all, what I liked most was that the feeling of refreshment after finishing a workout was clearly different. Usually, I just followed along without knowing if my movements were correct, but since TrackMe keeps correcting my posture, the "feeling of the workout's effect" is distinctly different. There was a clear sensation that every part of my body was being used correctly and that muscles I hadn't used before were waking up.
The more I use TrackMe, the more I feel like I've "found a real routine for my body." In times like these, when the body easily feels stiff and balance is broken, I think it would be especially helpful for beginner home workout users like me.
Through this experience, I felt for sure that this device is a perfect fit for people who feel lost working out alone, people who want to exercise with the correct posture for their body type, and people who want to manage everything from setting a workout routine to posture correction all at once.
The first thing I felt while using TrackMe myself was the relief that "finally, a home workout method that fits me has been created." I wanted to exercise, but the gym was far, PT was difficult to maintain for a long time, and just following videos alone left me not even knowing if my posture was right... That feeling of being lost began to disappear little by little from the moment I turned on TrackMe.
Since the positions like Knee L / Knee R / Elbow L / Elbow R were written on the devices, even a beginner could attach them immediately without worry, and it was so convenient that the app automatically recognized and linked the devices when the power was turned on. In particular, a cable capable of charging four devices at the same time was included, which greatly reduced the burden of the preparation process.
The functions within the app were much more detailed than I expected. From setting levels (Entry-Beginner-Intermediate-Advanced) to setting workout goals, desired areas, and the number of workouts per week, the AI automatically recommends "today's routine" accordingly, so the time spent worrying about "what should I do today?" has completely disappeared.
The workout method was also clearly different from existing home training. It wasn't a mechanical way of filling a set number of repetitions and sets, but a structure that proceeded like circuit training by mixing workout time and rest time, so I could follow along naturally within my stamina. Moreover, since it was a way of moving within a given time, it felt like an efficient workout that moved as much as my body could currently handle, rather than a "forced workout."
And the part that really surprised me: if the posture isn't accurate, the count doesn't go up. At first, I felt a surge of unfairness like, "No, I did it right! Why!?" haha, but the balance of angles and force captured by the sensors was so accurate that it turned out I was the one who was wrong.
It was really useful to check in real-time through the device which side had less force and which side was being used excessively through the gauge. While exercising, I could immediately know things like "Oh, my right side is weak" or "I'm putting too much force on the left," so I naturally ended up correcting my balance. This was something that was difficult to correct even with PT, so I felt this was truly revolutionary.
