TracME collects data directly from joints, providing more precise measurements for stationary exercises. In contrast, smartwatches excel in activity tracking based on GPS, which is ideal for distance-based movement.

TracME uses embedded soft sensor technology within the support to record exercise repetitions.
The system analyzes the user’s movements during 'calibration' before the exercise and compares it with benchmark values.
Accurate tracking requires proper setup and form. If reps aren't counted, the app provides real-time guidance.
Yes, they are sold as sets to maintain body symmetry and improve posture balance during exercise.
