A smartwatch functions as a general-purpose wearable that displays notifications, tracks health metrics, and offers features like calling and app integration. In contrast, TracME is specifically designed for arm exercise tracking with a fabric sleeve that provides real-time feedback on your movement form.
TracME uses built-in sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) to detect and analyze arm movements in real time. An AI model trained on thousands of movement samples distinguishes between different exercise types and recognizes when you are performing them correctly or incorrectly at a given speed.
The system measures precise arm angles, movement speeds, and trajectories to evaluate your exercise form. It compares your data to optimal form patterns and alerts you when adjustments are needed.
Yes! As soon as you put on TracME and connect to the app, every arm movement that matches a supported exercise is counted automatically. No buttons to push, no menus to navigate.
You can purchase TracME sleeves individually or as a pair. A single sleeve is enough for most exercises; however, exercises that require both arms will need a pair for complete tracking.

Calibration ensures the TracME sleeve accurately tracks your movements by accounting for your unique arm size, sleeve position, and sensor alignment. Each time you wear the sleeve, these factors may change slightly. A quick calibration at the start of each session guarantees precise movement detection and reliable exercise data.
Yes, you can use your existing TracME account on the tablet version. Simply download the TracME app from the App Store or Google Play on your tablet and log in with your current credentials. All your exercise history and settings will sync automatically.
