FAQ

Description text goes hereTracMe and smartwatches are complementary to each other.
TracMe collects data directly from your joints to provide more precise measurements for stationary exercises. In contrast, smartwatches excel at tracking activities that involve GPS-based movement and distance.
TracME: Worn on the joints. It features internal soft sensors that flexibly measure joint angles with high precision, capturing differences as small as 1 degree.
Smartwatch: Worn on the wrist. While it excels at GPS-based distance tracking and can measure stationary workouts using acceleration sensors, it is unable to analyze specific exercise postures.
-
TracME records your exercise repetitions using soft sensor technology embedded directly within the support sleeve. These are strain sensors that detect the bending of your joints by recognizing how much the sensor stretches.
Beyond just counting, this technology enables the device to recognize proper exercise posture. It provides real-time tracking and ensures that repetitions are only counted when the movement is performed with the correct form.
-
Before you begin your workout, the system goes through a calibration process to analyze your movements. During this phase, it measures the range of motion and the specific angles of your body as you perform a particular exercise, such as a squat.
Our database contains pre-set reference values for what constitutes correct posture. For example, in a squat, there is a specific standard for how deep you need to sit to maintain proper form.
By comparing your real-time movement data against these reference values, the system determines whether the exercise was performed correctly. This helps you correct your posture and ensures you get the most effective workout possible.
-
Wearing the guards and using the app does not guarantee that your reps will be automatically recorded under all conditions.
Before starting, a process to analyze movements and establish baseline data is required. If this process is incomplete, if the guards slip, or if your form is incorrect, the app may not count your reps automatically. For precise tracking, it is important to fasten the guards securely and maintain proper posture.
If reps are not being counted, the app provides guidance such as "Please readjust your guards" or "Please check your exercise posture." Additionally, we provide gauge bars for both guards so you can check if the sensors are functioning correctly.
-
Currently, the guards are only available for purchase as sets (two pieces).
This is because we recommend wearing them on both sides to maintain the balance between the left and right sides of your body. Our sets are designed to help you achieve more effective workouts and improved posture by considering your overall physical balance.
