2 | What kind of real-time guidance does the app provide during workouts?

The app offers:

  • Live posture feedback

  • Rep counting and rest timing

  • Real-time sensor bar visuals to confirm both braces are actively detecting movement
It also pauses rep tracking if your form breaks, ensuring only quality reps are counted.

3 | Is the system adaptable for users with limited mobility or recovering from injury?

Yes. TracMe’s AI system adapts based on your calibrated range of motion, making it ideal for users with mobility constraints or post-injury recovery goals. The system doesn't rely on absolute joint angles but rather compares your movement to your own unique calibrated baseline, ensuring coaching is personalized and safe.

4 | Can TracMe track multiple exercises in a single session?

Yes. TracMe is designed to automatically detect and log various exercises within a single session.

Each exercise has a pre-calibrated movement signature, and once you complete the brief initial setup, the device recognizes specific motion patterns and logs reps accordingly.

Switching between exercises is seamless; TracMe will track the correct metrics for each movement (e.g., reps for squats, duration for planks) without requiring manual input.
