💪 TrackMe Full Body Diet Management SET (Analysis of all upper and lower body exercises) Thank you for giving me the opportunity to experience this first through the tester group.
Inside the TrackMe package box, the 4 real-time automatic recording devices, 2 smart arm guards, 2 smart knee guards, and the charging cable pouch pack were all well-included.
You need to do the initial setup, and I did it with a tablet. I wanted to see the large screen while on my yoga mat.
I used to go to the gym, yoga, and Pilates often, but after moving to the countryside 7 years ago, I started getting lazy with exercise because I was surrounded by nature. Doing what I knew alone on a yoga mat wasn't helping at all. I wanted to work out with someone consistently, and although I tried paid yoga and Pilates apps, they weren't that great.
However, feeling someone coaching me through voice is definitely different.
First of all, since a smart AI tailored to me provides automatic solutions based on AI data anytime and anywhere regardless of the place, I feel like I have a lifetime unlimited workout coach.
I hear that meal recording and AI feedback functions will be added, so I think it will become the perfect workout coach.
To use it, you wear the guard that fits your size and attach the device to the correct position, and the position is very important.
You need to align the TrackMe logo on the guard so it sits over the center bone of your elbow or knee. At first, I thought the device itself had to be centered, so my positioning was wrong in the beginning.
After connecting via Bluetooth, you just complete the measurement as the voice guides you, and that's it.
Since it checks everything from stretching to each step with a routine that fits me, I can get a proper workout even if it's short.
Since the AI designs a 10-minute workout routine tailored to me, there's no problem even for beginners.
They prepared guide videos from trainers for all exercises, so from cardio to strength training, it’s all okay.
