First, I would like to thank you for selecting me for the tester group. Thanks to TrackMe, I have found the strength to exercise again!!! Since it had been a while since I exercised, it was tough enough to feel muscle soreness from the first day, but this thing is the real deal! It’s not just home training where you follow a video; the AI checks your posture in real-time, so it feels like receiving PT, allowing for a much more systematic and effective workout.

To be honest, I was flustered at first because the counting wasn't working well. But it turns out it’s set up so that if your posture isn't accurate, it won't count. This naturally helped me learn the correct form. Thanks to this, I was able to exercise properly without putting strain on my lower back or joints. Also, I loved being able to see my workout performance at a glance because the app records my data. I set my goals for lower body exercise and improving physical strength, and seeing the total calories burned, count, and workout time all displayed made me feel so proud, thinking, "I did this much!"

I was worried that the effect might be lower than using equipment at the gym, but unexpectedly, the intensity was quite high. I started sweating after just 10 minutes, and after 30 minutes, I was completely exhausted. I think you can see effects as good as a gym. After the workout, my body definitely felt refreshed, and I felt a sense of achievement that "I exercised today."

Another good thing is that when you connect the devices, the battery levels for the left and right devices are displayed, so you can check if they need charging in advance. I once exercised without charging and the counting didn't work, so I had to charge it again. If you check the battery and charge it before exercising, you can use it without this inconvenience. Also, when I didn't know the exercise method well, the TrackMe app provided videos, so it was very convenient to check and follow along immediately.

Tips for working out!!!

👉 You must make sure to wear the knee devices securely! If you wear them loosely, a message saying "Please re-attach" will appear, and the workout might be interrupted (the count won't go up!!!!! T.T Beginners, please watch closely). 👉 Using a selfie stick (I used a 155cm one) makes it much more convenient! You can exercise comfortably without having to bend your waist or move around to see the screen.

Motivation is the most important thing for exercising consistently. TrackMe records my workout data and the AI checks for accurate posture, so it makes me want to keep doing it. I highly recommend this home training product to those who find it troublesome to go to the gym or want to get a proper workout at home! If you want to create a workout routine, you should definitely try it! 💪
