My Review of the AI Trainer TrackMe, which revived my home workout routine! In the past, I made countless resolutions to do home workouts consistently, but I often fell into a pattern of giving up after three days because I got stuck on the question, "What exercise should I do first?"

For someone like me, TrackMe has truly become a new beginning. What surprised me most from the first day of use was that the count didn't go up at all unless my posture was accurate. I thought I just had to mimic the movements, but seeing for myself that it's only recognized when the joints move precisely made me realize that I had been exercising inefficiently all this time. This function alone gave me the feeling of doing "accurate exercise" at home.

Also, the function I personally liked the most is the AI workout recommendation feature. Squats today? Deadlifts? Hip workouts? I often postponed my workouts because I was busy worrying about these things. However, TrackMe automatically recommends the workout I should do that day based on my records and patterns, so my routine worries have completely disappeared. I really liked how convenient it was to eliminate the time spent on "What should I do today?"

The exercise movement explanations are also provided through YouTube videos. The explanation style is very kind and the pace is appropriate, so even people who don't know much about exercise could follow along sufficiently. I think it would be great for first-timers to watch and follow easily!

Through home training with TrackMe, I want to say that TrackMe is the "AI trainer that brought my workout routine back to life." For those who want to exercise accurately at home as if receiving professional PT, those who keep postponing because creating a workout routine is a hassle, and those who want to start properly with a single piece of home training equipment—I strongly recommend it!
