[Tester Review] I had the chance to meet TrackMe early as a member of the tester group.
Every year, I start exercising in the summer thinking, "I should succeed in my diet this time, I must stay consistent and maintain it." However, I was always left exhausted because my willpower and body didn't follow my heart. During that time, I was thankfully selected as a tester and got to experience TrackMe.
Since you can see the product description in the story, I will focus my review on what I personally felt.
First of all, compared to its functions, the weight of the product and the equipment you need to wear are quite minimal. You only need to attach small devices to the knee and elbow guards, so there are no restrictions on movement and it's not burdensome. The weight is very light, as it feels like just a tiny bit of weight added to a standard guard. I also appreciated the product design where the devices are added to protective guards, which has the effect of preventing injuries in advance.
The usage guide sent to me was very kind, so even though it was my first time, I could use it immediately without difficulty. First, following the instruction to use the device after a full charge, I started by charging them. When you charge the device using the included USB A to C cable, a red light comes on. When charging is complete, it turns green.
While waiting for the charge to complete, you can install the TrackMe app. You can sign up by simply entering your name and an email to be used as your ID. After that, you choose your exercise level and goal. Since I have some exercise experience and can set my own routine (though not perfectly), I chose "Intermediate." For my goals, I selected diet, core strengthening, line refining, and fat removal.
After attaching the fully charged devices to the guards in the correct positions and putting them on, I connected the devices to my phone via Bluetooth. Then, it measures the range of motion of my elbows and knees. After that, the preparation is complete.
The AI creates a customized routine using the information measured by the app and the survey data. That day, it recommended a "Core Intensive Strengthening Routine," so I followed along. Even though it was only about 10 minutes, I felt sweat and trembling as I used muscles around my abdomen and other areas I don't usually use. Since it doesn't count if the posture isn't correct, the workout is guaranteed to be effective. It literally leaves you "completely drained" in the best way possible! ^^!
You can also create your own routine by choosing from over 200 types of exercises. It’s great to be able to try various exercises and routines. It felt like receiving an online PT class for the price of a 3-month general gym membership. I believe that those who cannot make time due to distance or time constraints will definitely see the effect of working out at a gym while building a healthy habit of consistent exercise.
