How do I make a return or exchage?

If you want to return your order, first send an email to contact-global@wavecompany.net including the word "Return" in the subject line, describing what you want to return.

Place a note with your order number, your name, and reason for returning in the package and we will assist you on the next step to take.

When we have received your return and it is approved, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
