If this process is not properly completed, the support slips out of place, or the exercise posture is incorrect, accurate tracking may not occur, and repetitions may not be automatically counted. TracMe uses embedded soft sensor technology within the support to record exercise repetitions. The strain sensors detect joint flexion, counting repetitions as the sensor stretches. Additionally, it identifies correct exercise posture based on this data and only counts repetitions performed with proper form in real time.

TracMe and smartwatches have a complementary relationship. TracMe collects data directly from joints, providing more precise measurements for stationary exercises.
